Surveys are More Powerful than you Think

Let’s be honest – surveys are sometimes bad. Poorly designed, misleading (often intentionally), and not actionable. As a result, many in the UXR community have come to see them as a blunt research instrument that shouldn’t be relied upon in their day to day practice.
