Katie leads software UX research at Rockwell Automation, spending her time making UX research a key driver in the development of Rockwell’s industrial automation software. Prior to that, she was a UX Coordinator at Epic Systems where she focused on a Usability Toolkit tailored for Epic’s electronic health record applications. Katie believes her lessons learned from working in a highly technical industry translate well for all software offerings. She has a passion for user experience and looks forward to exchanging new ideas with some of user experience’s best.
