Deirdre heads up the Insights team at Toast, where she’s grown research from a team of 1 (herself) to a team of 15 (as of writing this bio!). A librarian by training, Deirdre previously worked at EBSCO on experiences for college students searching for information and public library patrons finding their next book. At Toast, she loves the challenge of B2B2C, the pressure to move and fail fast, and that curiosity is a core value across the business.
