Alexandra Hornsby

Alex leads a user research team at Spotify focused on the end-to-end Freemium funnel. Alex’s latest projects have included understanding our users across the Global South, alongside spearheading diversity initiatives. Before Spotify, Alex worked as an insights consultant for eight years, specializing in international projects across consumer-facing and nonprofit clients. She looks forward to talking through how user research can be applied to initiatives such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in order to create lasting impact beyond the OKR board.
